Early childhood development (ECD) centres are strategically positioned to create quality early learning opportunities that prepare children for adulthood, providing the necessary holistic sustainable learning. However, many ECD facilities in informal settlements South Africa function under a variety of psychosocial and contextual challenges impact directly on well-being supervisors practitioners. This study explored need enable, ways relationally promote, supervisors. Underpinned by posthumanism, consistent with participatory action research cycles, we recognised facing humanity today require new understandings responsive solutions, which include engagements contributions nonhuman relationalities In this paper, argue focus promotion is crucial.
